Our balancers sense the vibration level from a spinning rotor and maps the position of unbalance. Given the level of unbalance and its location, the DynexHobby system can then determine what correction weight should be applied in order to achive a good balance.
This offers a unique tool to analyse the source of vibration. Our balancers sweep frequencies from as low as 10Hz up to 1500Hz. This is displayed on a graph illustrating the frequency that yields the greatest level of vibration. The frequencies leading to the highest level of vibration can then be attributed to the key sources of issues.
Our balancers can also double as a simple oscilloscope. We offer a "Scope" program that simulates an oscilloscope. This can be useful when fault finding digital signals from autopilots or other controllers.
